FLD Brushless DC Solar Bore Pump

We completed the first prototype of compact standard-size high-lift solar pump in 2020 after collecting massive feedback from overseas farmers relying on off-grid water supply. The FLD series underwent two rounds of hydraulic structure optimization and control board iteration within two years, officially entering international export channels in 2021. In 2025, we upgraded the anti-sand intake assembly to strengthen adaptability to high-sand well water in arid regions, further expanding market share in Africa, Southeast Asia and Central Asia. Main cooperative partners cover overseas solar equipment retailers, irrigation system dealers, small and medium planting & breeding enterprise owners, remote pastoral water service providers, mountain villa engineering merchants, and importers supplying scattered rural household water supply projects.

This FLD brushless DC solar bore pump captures solar energy and converts it into DC power to drive the brushless motor without energy loss from carbon brushes. The motor rotates precision impeller stages to build fluid pressure and lift underground water from bore wells. Sunlight-generated power directly feeds the pump, enabling automatic water pumping where grid electricity is unavailable. Optimized hydraulic structure improves water intake efficiency while reducing power consumption for off-grid irrigation and water supply.

1.Precisely sized to fit global universal 4-inch bore pipes without costly well reconstruction, compatible with existing well infrastructure worldwide.
2.Integrated self-adaptive MPPT controller tracks maximum solar power in real time under unstable sunlight, lifting solar utilization efficiency over 20% vs generic solar pumps.
3.Embedded protection modules against dry-run, overheat, overload, overvoltage, undervoltage and reverse wiring automatically cut power to shield the motor.
