Submersible Well Pumps
Submersible well pumps are water-lifting units in which the motor and pump are directly coupled and operate while fully submerged. They are suitable for extracting groundwater from deep wells and for water-lifting projects involving rivers, reservoirs, and canals. They are primarily used for agricultural irrigation and for supplying water to humans and livestock in high-altitude or mountainous regions, as well as for water supply and drainage in cities, factories, railways, mines, and construction sites.

Features of Submersible Well Pumps
1. The motor and pump operate submerged in water, ensuring safety and reliability.
2. There are no special requirements for well casings or rising mains (i.e., they are compatible with steel-cased wells, concrete-cased wells, and earth wells).
3. Installation, operation, and maintenance are simple and convenient; they require minimal space and do not necessitate the construction of a pump house.
The structure is simple, saving raw materials.
4. Proper operating conditions and management are directly linked to the pump's service life.

Magnetic Levitation Pumps
Magnetic levitation submersible pumps represent a major breakthrough in the global submersible pump industry, effectively resolving various drawbacks associated with traditional models-such as low conversion efficiency, excessive power consumption, limited head, vulnerable bearings, and the need for frequent maintenance. They are widely used for water supply and drainage in industrial and mining enterprises, agricultural irrigation, and water supply in high-altitude and mountainous areas.
Utilizing unique patented technology, these pumps have revolutionized the manufacturing process, achieving remarkably high conversion efficiency and delivering significant energy savings and consumption reduction.
Magnetic levitation submersible pumps solve the axial force issues that have historically constrained the industry. They achieve breakthrough improvements in pumping head, filling market gaps for ultra-high head (single-unit designs exceeding 1,000 meters) and ultra-high flow (high load-bearing) applications, while maintaining relatively flat head-flow curves. They lead the world in both conversion efficiency and maximum single-unit head.
As a new generation of submersible pumps, they feature vertical-axis magnetic levitation technology that ensures high efficiency across various operating conditions and eliminates mechanical wear. This extends service life and maintenance intervals several-fold, eliminating the need for frequent routine servicing; the pumps can operate continuously for tens of thousands of hours, thereby saving on maintenance and repair costs.

Submersible Sewage Pump
Product Overview
The WQ series submersible sewage pump was developed by assimilating advanced technology from similar international products. It features high efficiency, anti-tangling capabilities, non-clogging performance, automatic coupling, high reliability, and automatic control. It is uniquely capable of handling solid particles and long-fiber debris.
This series offers discharge outlet diameters ranging from 50 to 600 mm, flow rates of 10–7,000 m³/h, heads of 5–60 m, and power ratings of 1.5–315 kW. It can pass solid particles with diameters of 20–145 mm.

Applications and Features
The WQ series is primarily used in municipal engineering, industry, hospitals, construction, hotels, and restaurants. It is designed to discharge sludge, wastewater, and municipal sewage containing solids and long fibers (including applications involving corrosive or aggressive media).
These pumps are compact and highly efficient. They support automatic water-level control based on user requirements and come equipped with automatic protection devices, control cabinets, and dual-rail automatic installation systems.

Operating Conditions
1. Power supply: 3-phase AC, 380V rated voltage, 50Hz frequency.
2. Medium temperature: Not exceeding 40°C.
3. pH value of the liquid medium: 4–10.
4. Solid phase volume ratio in the medium: Less than 2%.
5. Medium density: Less than 1.2 × 10³ kg/m³.

Structural Features
The WQ series features a compact structure and incorporates various status indicators and protection devices to ensure safe and reliable operation.
1. Unique cable sealing design eliminates the risk of water leakage through the cable entry.
2. Stator utilizes Class F insulation and is equipped with thermal protection components.
3. Pumps rated above 18.5 kW utilize an external circulating water cooling system, ensuring safe operation even at minimum water levels.
4. A float switch is installed at the bottom of the motor chamber to monitor the motor-side mechanical seal.

5. An oil-water probe is installed at the top of the oil chamber (shared by the pump and motor) to monitor the mechanical seal on the pump side; the control system triggers an alarm and protective shutdown if water leakage is detected.
6. A bellows-type double-end mechanical seal-utilizing materials such as tungsten carbide, silicon carbide, and hard alloys-prevents water from entering the motor, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
7. An auxiliary impeller balances external pressure on the mechanical seal and prevents water from entering the oil chamber, thereby extending the service life of the electric pump.
8. The impeller features a unique design with large flow passages capable of handling long fibers and debris; it offers excellent anti-clogging and anti-tangling performance alongside high flow capacity.
9. A replaceable wear-resistant sleeve is installed between the impeller and the lower end of the volute casing to maintain optimal pump efficiency.

Impeller Design Features
To ensure the smooth passage of debris, the width of the impeller's flow passage is increased. Large pumps utilize dual-vane or triple-vane designs, while small pumps employ single- or dual-channel configurations. These channels resemble a curved pipe with a uniform cross-section, offering superior flow characteristics that prevent clogging or tangling-issues often caused by low-speed flow. This unique impeller channel design, combined with a well-engineered volute chamber, allows materials such as paper, textiles, and garbage bags in the sewage to pass through freely. The impeller undergoes both dynamic and static balancing to ensure vibration-free operation during both no-load test runs and actual load operation.

Installation and Use
This submersible sewage pump features a coaxial motor-pump assembly, a compact structure, high efficiency, and ease of installation and maintenance; it is economical to operate and highly adaptable. Installation methods include mobile (or "free-standing") installation and fixed installation. Fixed installation options include automatic coupling systems and fixed dry-pit mounting.
