The ZW series self-priming pump is an energy-efficient product developed by absorbing, digesting, and improving upon relevant domestic and international technical data. As a self-priming centrifugal pump, it features a compact structure, ease of operation and maintenance, smooth running, high efficiency, long service life, and strong self-priming capabilities. It eliminates the need for a foot valve in the pipeline; only a specific amount of priming liquid needs to be retained in the pump casing before operation. This simplifies the piping system and improves working conditions.
Main Applications:
1. When equipped with a rocker-arm sprinkler, it can spray water into the air, dispersing it into fine droplets-making it an excellent tool for farms, nurseries, orchards, and tea plantations.
2. Suitable for clean water, seawater, chemical media with acidic or alkaline properties, and slurries with a paste-like consistency (medium viscosity ≤ 100 cP; solid content up to 30%).
3. Ideal for use with any model or specification of filter press to feed slurry for the filtration process.
The ZW series self-priming non-clogging sewage pump is a new type of pump that integrates self-priming and sewage discharge functions. It was developed by combining the structural and performance characteristics of the ZX self-priming centrifugal pump and the QW submersible sewage pump, while incorporating the advantages of similar international products. Like standard clean-water self-priming pumps, it requires no foot valve or manual priming. Additionally, it can handle sewage, sediments, mining waste, manure, construction wastewater, and colloidal liquids containing large solid particles (up to 60% of the discharge outlet diameter) and fibers (up to 1.5 times the impeller diameter). It significantly reduces manual labor intensity, offers easy installation and maintenance, and achieves advanced international performance standards, promising broad market application and development prospects.
