1. The radial runout of the equipment shaft must be ≤0.04 mm, and the axial displacement must not exceed 0.1 mm;

2. Sealing areas must be kept clean during installation; sealing components must be cleaned, and sealing faces must be free of damage to prevent the ingress of impurities or dust;

3. Impact or knocking is strictly prohibited during installation to avoid damaging the mechanical seal's friction pair and causing seal failure;

4. Apply a layer of clean machine oil to surfaces contacting the seal during installation to facilitate the process;

5. When installing the stationary ring gland, tighten the screws evenly to ensure the stationary ring face remains perpendicular to the shaft axis;

6. After installation, manually push the rotating ring to ensure it moves flexibly on the shaft and exhibits appropriate elasticity;

7. After installation, manually rotate the shaft; the rotation should feel smooth and uniform, without varying resistance;

8. The equipment must be filled with the operating medium before startup to prevent seal failure caused by dry friction;
